Inspect installed tools and curated workflows, check their inputs, then submit an analysis. Jobs run on Galaxy, not on the AI provider.
Explore supported text and HTML reports in interactive cards where the client supports them. Give the assistant report data to assess, not just a completion status.
Choose from five public sites listed by Galaxy: Galaxy US, Galaxy Europe, Galaxy Australia, Galaxy France and Galaxy Canada. Authorize one account per selected site, using each site's own API key. Each site's permissions, tools, storage limits and compute quotas still apply. Existing connections do not gain access to new sites automatically.
We maintain a reviewed list, not an automatic import of every directory entry. Request another Galaxy site.
https://mcp.galaxymcp.org/mcp.auth.galaxymcp.org: enter your own API key for each selected site in the secure form, leave other fields blank, and review the requested read or analysis access. Never paste keys into a chat.Custom-connection access depends on your client and plan. Interactive cards require MCP Apps support; tool access and card rendering are separate capabilities. Contact us if your client cannot complete authorization.
Use public, synthetic or other non-sensitive research data. Requested content passes through the hosted service to your AI provider. Do not connect clinical, regulated, identifiable human-subject or otherwise restricted data. An AI-generated interpretation is not scientific validation.
